Aged Care Assistants

We work with approved aged care providers across Australia who are authorised to offer
employer sponsorship
to skilled international candidates—when the right match arises.
✅ To Be Eligible, You Must:
Hold a
Certificate III in Individual Support
(or recognised relevant qualification such as a bachelor/diploma in nursing)
Have completed the
Direct Care Skills Assessment
through
ANMAC
Meet the
English language requirements
Be
under 45 years of age
at the time of visa application
and
remain under 45 after two years, to be eligible for a permanent residency visa later
Be committed to
living and working in Australia long-term
in a full time role




Sponsorships under the Aged Care Labour Agreement begin with a
2-year temporary visa

To progress to

Hold the temporary visa for 2 years
Still be under 45 years of age at the time they apply for the permanent visa
