Salesforce AI Engineer
We're hiring a Salesforce AI Engineer to own the platform side of our AI‐led revenue engine — building and administering the Agentforce, Einstein and automation capabilities that power a fleet of AI agents engaging signups and leads across email, SMS and LinkedIn. Sitting within Revenue Operations & Systems and reporting to the Head of RevOps & Systems, this is a senior individual contributor role with a dual mandate: build and govern the Salesforce platform's AI capabilities, and ensure the data model, flows and integrations underneath every AI agent are clean, reliable and scalable. You'll work as part of a 10‐person Salesforce platform team, partnering closely with the AI GTM Engineer who owns the outward‐facing agents, so between you the AI layer is built right from the platform up.
Responsibilities
Own and administer the Salesforce platform's AI capabilities — Agentforce, Einstein, flows and automation — building and governing them so they scale as the system of record for the AI‐led revenue engine.
Design and build Agentforce agents, actions and topics that power the sales AI roadmap, including AI sales assistant capability, conversation intelligence, post‐call coaching and next best action.
Own the Salesforce data model, objects and flows that AI agents read and write to — including the outbound and inbound agents built by the AI GTM Engineer — ensuring clean, consistent data underpins reporting and AI decisions.
Manage integrations between Salesforce and the wider GTM and AI stack — Clay, Smartlead, Oliv.ai, Aircall and Salesforce Marketing Cloud — plus other LLM APIs where they're the better tool.
Prepare and present Salesforce AI use cases and platform impact to the Salesforce Governance Forum, sequencing delivery against the platform roadmap.
Maintain documentation of platform configuration, agent logic and escalation paths in Confluence, and support the wider platform team on release management and quality.
About You
Proven experience building and administering Salesforce — including flows, objects, data models and automation — ideally with hands‐on Agentforce or Einstein experience.
Hands‐on LLM depth: prompt design, evaluation and building against APIs such as Claude or OpenAI, applied within a Salesforce context.
Experience integrating Salesforce with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, Smartlead or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong grasp of data governance and platform reliability, with sound judgement on where automation should stop and human oversight begins.
Revenue Operations, fintech or payments experience is highly advantageous, along with clear, structured communication for presenting platform strategy to senior stakeholders.
We know not everyone will meet every requirement, and that's okay. If you're excited about the role and believe you can make an impact, we're keen to hear from you.
A few more things...
Successful candidates joining the team will need to complete a National Police Record Check.
Candidates who require adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process are encouraged to let us know. We're happy to support you.
We're committed to an inclusive and diverse recruitment process where everyone feels respected and supported. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, identities and abilities and ensure fair, equitable consideration at every stage.
