Role Specific:

Our client are chasing a couple of site engineers for upcoming projects in Toowoomba. Specifically, one is an installation of a new trunk water main and sewer main for Council, and another is a subdivision.

Ideal applicants will have strong understanding of the construction processes for these projects (multiple similar previous projects), great open communication (with subcontractors, managers and

employees alike), and cost and quality tracking experience is also a must.Key Responsibilities

Provide day‐to‐day engineering support on civil construction projectsAssist with construction planning, sequencing and programmingCoordinate subcontractors and suppliers in conjunction with site supervisionEnsure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standardsManage and maintain site documentation, including ITPs, permits and recordsSupport cost control, progress tracking and reportingAssist with survey coordination, set‐out and verification of worksEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental and project requirementsIdentify and proactively resolve on‐site issues

About You

You'll be a motivated and capable civil engineer with robust site experience and a practical approach to project delivery.

You will bring:





Qualification in Civil Engineering5 + years demonstrated experience working as a Site Engineer on civil construction projectsStrong understanding of civil construction methodologies and sequencingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsSound knowledge of WHS and site compliance requirementsStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with site teams and stakeholdersValid driver's licenceWhite Card (required)
