Make your mark as a Coordinator, Production Services Governance, a pivotal role shaping how technology services are governed and delivered at IAG. This opportunity blends IT service management expertise with strong stakeholder collaboration to support Change Management, Service Transition, and Problem Management practices.
You'll work at the intersection of governance, insight, and continuous improvement, helping optimise processes, enhance service reliability, and drive smarter, more effective ways of working. Your contribution will strengthen operational performance and support the delivery of resilient, customer-focused technology outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne)

What You'll Do
Support and optimise key ITIL processes, including Change Management, Service Initiation & Transition, and Problem Management
Coordinate governance activities such as Change Advisory Boards and service transition reviews
Partner with stakeholders to manage service impacts, improve communication, and ensure high-quality service delivery
Analyse trends, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across technology services
Contribute to automation and GenAI solutions to streamline processes and reduce operational friction
Support reporting, dashboards, and service insights to enhance performance and decision-making
Build and maintain relationships across teams, vendors, and partners to strengthen service governance
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in IT service management or governance within an enterprise technology environment
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Change, Problem,
and Service Transition management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and CMDB capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and innovation
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience preferred
