Chandler Macleod is seeking
Voice Pickers
to join our client in Hazelmere. In this role, you will use a voice-directed picking system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal instructions are essential.
Shift Times: 5.00am-1.00pm Monday to Friday with additional overtime including weekends.
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Use a voice-picking headset to receive instructions for order selection.
Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to voice instructions.
Pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements:




Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
Ability to work with voice-directed systems (training provided).
Must be able to lift 20kg repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Must be available for minimum three shifts per week
