About the Role
As a
Speech Pathologist
at Little Sparrows Therapy, you'll manage a wide-ranging caseload across clinic, school, and community settings, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and a direct mentor with 1 on 1 weekly mentoring.
You'll have the freedom to shape your clinical interests, whether in AAC, literacy, speech sound disorders, or early language. All while growing your skills through collaborative practice and 1-on-1 professional mentoring from a senior speech pathologist.
This role suits a Speech Pathologist who is looking to join a close-knit team that values collaboration and lifelong learning.
In this role, you will:
Deliver assessment and intervention for clients with speech, language, and communication needs. Caseload is 80% paediatric and 20% Adult.
Build strong relationships with families and educators to support meaningful outcomes for all clients under your care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and support staff to deliver holistic care
Contribute to team case reviews, clinical projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage your own schedule with flexibility and support from an amazing client support team
Participate in in-house mentoring and fortnightly training seminars to enhance your clinical skills and professional development
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Eligibility for or current practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Good clinical reasoning, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Driver's licence & reliable car for school or community visits
Working with Children's Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
