Salary starting from $107,****** per annum plus superannuation

About the Role
This is an identified position and a genuine occupational requirement exists for the successful applicant to be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander in accordance with Section 50D of the Equal Prospect Act **** (WA).
As the Case Worker, youwill play akey role indelivering high-quality, evidence-informed services thatimprove outcomes forchildren, young people, and families. You'll providebest-practice caseworkto families experiencingcomplex needs whileleading, mentoring, andsupervising a teamof Family SupportWorkers to ensurethe delivery ofsafe, effective, andperson-centred support.




Working collaborativelywith foster carers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, you will ensureservices are deliveredin line withbest practice standards, organisational policies, and funding bodyrequirements. You willalso contribute tobuilding a high-performing team throughstaff supervision, probationand performance reviews, and ongoing coachingand professional development.
This role offersthe opportunity toinfluence practice, contributeto the continuousimprovement ofprogram policies andguidelines, and helpshape service deliverythat makes ameaningful difference inthe lives ofvulnerable children andfamilies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A tertiary qualificationin Social Work, Human Services, orarelated discipline, orequivalent demonstratedexperience.
Experience working withchildren, young people, and families experiencingcrisis, complex needs, and/or childprotectionconcerns.
A strong understandingof child development, family functioning, andevidence-informed parentingand family supportpractices.
Proven ability tobuild and maintaincollaborative relationshipswith internal andexternal stakeholders acrossthe community servicessector.
Demonstrated success workingwithin a multidisciplinaryteam, contributing positivelyto shared outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal,communication, and problem-solving skills, withthe ability toengage effectively withadverse range ofpeople.
Well-developed administrativeand organisational skills, including proficiencyin Microsoft Officeand electronic casemanagement systems.
