About the role
DoveTouch Specialists Pty Ltd is seeking experienced healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines to join our team.
GP Clinic - Golden Point Medical Centre in Golden Point, Ballarat ()
Medical Specialist clinic - DoveTouch Specialists in Bacchus Marsh and Ballarat. ()
This is an excellent opportunity for GPs, Paediatricians, Allied Health professionals, Nurses, and Receptionists to contribute to our growing practice and support the healthcare needs of our diverse patient population. Whether you're looking for flexible contract work or a longer-term engagement, we welcome applications from experienced professionals ready to deliver outstanding patient care in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Key responsibilities
The specific responsibilities will vary depending on the role and discipline:
GPs
: Provide comprehensive primary care services, manage acute and chronic conditions, conduct health assessments, prescribe medications, refer patients to specialists, and maintain detailed patient records. Contract role. [Salary >100k]
Paediatricians
: Deliver specialist paediatric care, diagnose and treat childhood illnesses and conditions, conduct developmental assessments,



and provide guidance to families on health and wellbeing. Contract role. [Salary >100k]
Allied Health Professionals
: Deliver specialised therapeutic services in your area of expertise, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure integrated patient care. Part-time / contract role. Looking for OTs, Speech Therapists and / Social Workers.
Nurses
: Provide patient care and support, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient health, assist with clinical procedures, and provide health education and advice. Part-time / contract role.
Receptionists
: Manage patient appointments, greet and register patients, handle enquiries, maintain patient records, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Part-time / Casual role.
What we're looking for
Current and valid registration with the relevant Australian healthcare regulatory body (AHPRA, RACGP, RANZCR, or equivalent as applicable to your profession) with NIL restrictions.
Demonstrated experience working in primary care, specialist practice, or allied health settings.
Strong clinical knowledge and competency in your area of practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.




A commitment to patient-centred care and maintaining professional standards.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to contract-based work arrangements.
For Receptionists: Administrative experience, proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software, and strong organisational skills.
Current or recent experience in healthcare settings is highly valued.
