The Opportunity
We're looking for a caring, creative and enthusiastic team member to join our Crèche. Our Crèche provides a fun, vibrant and safe space for Mingara members and their families. This is where your smile, sense of humour and love for play can shine, all while helping children feel happy, safe and engaged.
The Role
As a Crèche Attendant, you'll:
Provide safe, fun and memorable child-minding for members' children aged 1–10 years.
Create engaging play experiences – from finger painting and storytelling to ball pit adventures.
Maintain a caring and secure workplace where every child feels valued.
Assist with bookings, payments, attendance records and general administration.
Support set-up, cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with WHS and risk management.

About You
You're passionate about creating playful, positive experiences for children and love connecting with families.
You'll also bring:
Enthusiasm, initiative and a warm, approachable nature.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent – desirable).
First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
Experience working with children aged 1–10 in childcare, playgroup or similar.
Anaphylaxis training/certificate (desirable).
Flexibility across our Crèche operating hours is essential:
Mornings
Monday–Friday: 8:15am – 12:15pm **********pm open hrs)
Saturday: 7:45am – 11:45am (8 am- *****am open hrs)
Afternoons/Evenings
Monday–Thursday: 3:45pm – 6:45pm (4 pm – 6.30 open hrs)
Friday: 5pm-8.30pm (5:15pm – 8:15pm open hrs)
