We're looking for an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example and enjoys working with a professional, supportive team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on senior position where you'll lead projects from start to finish while remaining actively involved on the tools. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your projects, coordinate trades and apprentices, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
You will:
Lead and supervise site teams, apprentices and subcontractors.
Coordinate day-to-day site operations.
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, trades and office staff.
Maintain quality control and compliance with company procedures.
Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of tradespeople.
Complete site documentation using mobile technology.
What You'll Bring
Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry).
Previous experience as a Senior Carpenter, Leading Hand or Foreman.




Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Current White Card.
Current Driver Licence.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check if required.
Advantageous Qualifications
The following licences and experience will be highly regarded, but not essential:
Forklift Licence.
Bobcat (Skid Steer) Operator Licence.
Excavator (Digger) Operator Licence.
EWP Licence.
MR or HR Truck Licence.
First Aid Certificate.
