The Canning Vale Recycling Facility, one of the most significant recycling and resource recovery hubs in Western Australia. The site incorporates a Material Recovery Facility (MRF), FOGO (Food Organics and Garden Organics), and Green Waste operations. We are seeking a skilled
Management Accountant
to support our operations team with high-quality financial management and analysis.
About the role
Prepare weekly and monthly site financial reports and variance analyses.
Ensure all revenue and costs are accurately recognised and allocated.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure tracking.
Analyse weighbridge data and mass balance variances.
Assist with customer performance reviews and offer modelling.
Prepare gate fee rise-and-fall calculations in line with the agreed schedule.
Support business improvement projects and BI-based reporting initiatives.
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to deliver timely, accurate insights.
Maintain a high standard of compliance and data integrity in all reporting.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.




CA or CPA qualification.
Minimum 4 years' experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Experience in a manufacturing, waste, container deposit scheme or industrial environment (advantageous).
Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Experience in contract interpretation and management.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams.
Commitment to continuous improvement and process efficiency.
High standard of professional integrity and accountability.
Solid commitment to safety and compliance in all work practices.
