Role details

The Division of Women's and Children's Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Clinical Director Support Officer (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity

You will be responsible for providing, developing and maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative and secretarial support service to the Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Mackay Health Service and other Departmental Staff.

About The Team

The Women's and Children's Services stream encompasses inpatient and outpatient care for the; Obstetrics & Gynaecology ward and unit, Continuity of Care Midwifery (including group practice), Paediatrics ward and unit,



Sexual Health community services, Child Protective Unit, Child and Youth Family Health and BreastScreen Queensland services. The stream works collaboratively and with a multidisciplinary approach to routine and complex models of care for women and children in the Mackay HHS catchment.
