About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role supporting our experienced sales team while learning every aspect of residential real estate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the administration of appraisals and property sales
Managing buyer enquiries and assisting with negotiations
Attending listing appointments, inspections and open homes
Booking and assisting with property appraisals
Building and maintaining a database of prospective buyers and sellers
Prospecting through phone calls, door knocking and letterbox drops
Delivering exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers
Supporting the sales team to achieve outstanding results
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys meeting people, has a positive attitude, and is motivated to build a long-term career.
You'll ideally have:




A current Real Estate Registration or Licence (or be willing to obtain one before commencing)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional presentation and friendly personality
Outstanding customer service skills
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Confidence using initiative and solving problems
A results-focused mindset and willingness to learn
The ability to work both independently and within a team
