THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist to join one of Rockhampton's busiest and most respected private practices.
The practice has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality dentistry and enjoys a consistently full appointment book with a waitlist. Over the past three months alone, it has averaged several dozen new patients each month, almost entirely through word-of-mouth referrals.
Demand has become so strong that the practice has needed to reduce marketing.
You'll step into an abundance of patients while continuing to see a steady flow of new ones, allowing you to build a busy schedule from day one.
Working alongside the Principal Dentist and a full-time Oral Health Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive general dentistry as well as implants, fixed orthodontics, clear aligners, oral surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, depending on your experience and interests.
The practice offers a genuinely supportive, collaborative culture with experienced staff, contemporary technology and a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Minimum 3 years' experience practising in Australia
Solid general dentistry skills – confident, and efficient
Patient-focused and genuinely interested in delivering high-quality care
Clear communicator with a friendly chairside manner
Happy to step into a high-demand environment with strong existing systems
Growth mindset – always looking to improve and evolve
AHPRA registered with no restrictions and current indemnity insurance
