The Prospect
As the Talent & Onboarding Specialist, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for current employees. You'll work closely with hiring managers across the business, helping them attract, engage and retain high-quality talent.
This is a role where no two days are the same, offering plenty of variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Write engaging job advertisements and manage advertising campaigns.
Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Coordinate employment contracts, pre-employment checks and offer documentation.




Deliver a professional and engaging onboarding experience for all new employees.
Coordinate induction programs and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed.
Maintain recruitment and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
Assist with HR administration and people-related projects as required.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
About You
You'll be a people person who enjoys connecting with others and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Experience using recruitment or HR systems (highly regarded).
A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for people and culture.
