The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following:
Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements & reports in compliance with accounting standards.
Coordinate and complete annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organisational goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
POC for external auditors
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the accounting team.
Ad hoc project tasks, system upgrades and transformation initatives.
A successful Accounting Manager should have:
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CA/CPA Qualified
Experience dealing in a large, complex multinational organisation
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
