Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities
Performing daily ATM cash load reconciliations
Investigating and resolving ATM reconciliation discrepancies
Daily Bailment account monitoring, reconciliation and limit calculation
Cash order cross-checking, reconciliation and payment processing
Resolving various queries from CIT providers & Internal Departments
Maintaining Cash Order and Rebank information in internal database
Maintaining of SLA breach registers, assisting with monthly SLA claims
Following up missed cash services
Coordination of ATM installations and removals
Organising Security Site Surveys with CIT Providers
Confirming and Booking of ATM de-cashes and first cashing
Updating and maintaining records in databaseMonitoring and following up of Non-Transacting CIT Terminals
Accurate and timely reporting to external parties as per agreed formats
Assisting with monthly Bailment reconciliation and KPI reporting
Any other tasks as assigned by Management to ensure the effective operation of the department

Accuracy in reconciling figures

Qualifications
Bachelor/Diploma in Commerce/Finance preferred but not essential
Experience
Intermediate MS Excel skills
Microsoft AX Dynamics experience
Online Banking Facilities
DCPro
Financial / Reconciliation or similar background is desired

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Good verbal and written communication skills
