Role Requirements (non-negotiable):
MUST
have
either
a valid
WWCC (employee-type)
or
RSA certificate.
MUST
have experience in any
customer/client-facing or service-oriented roles
(hospitality, retail, customer service, or similar industries).

As a Casual Brand Ambassador and Event Staff, your tasks may include:
Representing a variety of brands with confidence and enthusiasm
Giving away freebies, samples and spreading good vibes
Engaging with customers, generating interest in products/services and collecting leads
Delivering top-notch customer service
Assisting with guest registration, event hosting and F&B; service.
Supporting event operations, including basic event setup and pack-down
Stepping into character and dressing up as a mascot or fun costume character (yes, seriously!)
Providing business and operational support for our clients' business needs
Different roles, tasks and responsibilities every shift!
Where You Might Work
Stadiums (NRL, AFL, A-League, Rugby)
Beaches (sun + free samples = best shift ever)
Train stations (flyering + meeting new faces)
Shopping centres (retail pop-ups)
Expo halls and trade shows (think: cool booths and buzzing crowds)
Corporate offices
Different events have different locations!
The Ideal Candidate
Naturally outgoing, friendly and energetic people with a positive and can-do attitude!
Confident communicators with robust English skills who can follow guidelines and procedures with ease.

Bonus Skills/Qualifications

Prior experience in the events industry
Sales/Lead Gen experience (with KPIs)
Proven experience in leading and managing a team
Bilingual/multilingual speakers
