Inventory Controller
to join a leading FMCG warehouse operation based in Smithfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of inventory processes, and can confidently work with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
About the Role
Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock integrity.
Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
Producing inventory reports and communicating findings.
Working closely with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy and processes.
Identifying issues and providing practical solutions.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
What We're Looking For
Previous
Inventory Controller
experience within an
FMCG or food warehouse environment
.
Experience working in a




rapid-paced warehouse or distribution centre
.
Strong Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
(essential – non-negotiable).
Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
A confident presence with the ability to communicate effectively with warehouse staff, address issues, and implement practical solutions.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your role.
Flexible, proactive and adaptable approach.
High attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
What's on Offer

Full-time hours – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
