We are looking for a Roxby local as you will be the welcoming face of our WorkPac Roxby Downs office — the first point of contact for visitors and the energy that sets the tone for our office. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and love keeping things organised and running smoothly, this could be the perfect position for you.
What will your day look like?
Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to visitors, clients, and staff
Assisting with the onboarding of employees to site (e.g., Accommodation booking & pre-employment checks)
Maintaining regular communication with candidates
High-volume admin duties (database management & compliance)
Working closely and supporting recruitment coordinators and site managers
In simple terms, as a Administrator, no two days will be the same! Yes, it's an ever-changing environment, but guess what? We really like to have fun and celebrate success.
