Perfectly Placed Recruitment is partnering with a major retail and eCommerce group in Melbourne to recruit a CRM & Loyalty Manager. You will own the global CRM, loyalty and growth strategy across markets, driving omni‐channel campaigns to boost loyalty and CLTV while reporting to the Chief of Digital.
You will lead a small team, manage paid channels, and work with content to execute a calendar across email and SMS, leveraging Klaviyo and Shopify integration for data-driven campaigns.
