Operating within a quick-paced, high-volume environment, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and organisations navigating essential compliance and application processes. This role perfectly blends high-touch inbound phone support with meticulous database administration.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer, your day-to-day will focus heavily on managing high volumes of enquiries and ensuring precise data administration:
Front line Call Centre Support:
Application processing
Inbound and outbound phone communication
Updating client files
Conflict resolution
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically seeking experienced call centre operators. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:
Proven Call Centre/Customer Service Experience: A track record of handling high-volume inbound calls and managing a general enquiries inbox effectively.
Meticulous Attention to Detail:



The ability to review complex documentation, match data accurately, and minimise processing errors.
Resilience & Autonomy: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high workload, meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong Tech Literacy: Proficiency in navigating the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to quickly adapt to custom database software.
Conflict Resolution: Experience handling confidential data with sensitivity, using negotiation and conflict resolution skills when handling difficult enquiries.
Mandatory Requirements
All candidates MUST ALREADY HOLD:
A current Working with Children Check
A current National Police Check.
