Spa Therapist
to join our Spa team on a casual basis.

The role and key duties
Delivering a range of massage, beauty, and wellness treatments to the highest professional standards.
Providing exceptional guest service from arrival through to departure, ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable.
Performing facials, massage therapies, and beauty treatments in accordance with Spa Bannisters treatment offering.
Recommending and educating guests on skincare, wellness, and retail products to support their ongoing wellbeing journey.
Maintaining treatment rooms and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
Working collaboratively with the wider resort team to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.




Contributing to a positive team culture that reflects the Bannisters commitment to excellence in hospitality and wellness.
You'll thrive in this role if you have...
Qualification in Beauty Therapy (essential);
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a massage therapist (preferred);
Have a love for all things Spa & Massage, with a passion for creating a memorable experience;
Strong knowledge of wellbeing, skin and wellness products with ability to guide and educate our guests;
Ability and willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
A reliable vehicle to get to and from work.
