Logistics Controller
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
Education: Matric (Grade 12) is essential. A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Freight Forwarding is highly preferred. Experience: 3–5 years of proven controlling experience in a logistics, transport, or clearing and forwarding environment. Skills: Robust proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Logistics ERP/Tracking systems (e.g., SAP, Cartrack, Netstar). Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure, and strong negotiation skills Must have a valid driver's license Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathu/surrounding Northern Cape areas
Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To)
Transport & Fleet Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any route or transport delays. Own Fleet Monitoring: Monitor fuel consumption, daily loads, fleet and driver efficiency and breakdown times.
