A full-time permanent role as a Taxation Accountant within a well-established accounting and financial advisory firm.
Requires Tax Accounting Experience
Based in Osborne Park, WA
Responsibilities
Prepare Financial Statements and Tax Returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts, Companies, and SMSFs (Desirable).
Provide Tax Planning Assistance to Clients.
Liaise with the ATO and Other Government Agencies on Behalf of Clients.
Take on a Training and Mentoring Role for Client's Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Administrative Staff.
Supervise Graduate Accountants and Staff Members.
Build Strong Rapport and Trust with Clients and Colleagues.
Collaborate Actively with the Team.
Stay Informed about Tax Regulations, Financial Trends, and Industry Developments to Ensure Updated Client Advice.

About You
Degree-qualified and CA/CPA qualified or actively pursuing certification.
3 to 5 years of stable, local experience in a similar role, including staff supervision.
Strong team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate effectively.
Proficient experience with the Australian Taxation system.
Familiarity with MYOB, Xero, and Practice Management Software.
Proactive, ambitious, and driven to achieve success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing tax laws and regulations.
