We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is ready to step into a fun fast-paced environment and make a difference!
What you'll be doing
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team
Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently handling any inquiries or concerns
Overseeing smooth, compliant daily operations including cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety
Coaching and developing team members to help them succeed
Stepping up as Acting Restaurant Manager when required, taking full responsibility for operations
What we're looking for
Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in the hospitality environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
A passion for great customer service and thriving in a quick-paced environment
Availability for a rotating flexible roster -
no late nights or early mornings
