Our newly renovated Club is buzzing with energy, and we want you to be part of it!
With a team of over 100 amazing staff, 199 gaming machines, 4 bars, a Function Room, and a BRAND NEW Sports Bar & Kids facilities which include Kids Splash Pad and Junior & Senior Playgrounds, there's never a dull moment here at CSi.
We're on the hunt for a fun, energetic, and responsible Kids Club Attendant to join our crew on a casual basis, working Friday to Sunday. This is more than just a job it's a chance to unleash your creativity, design your own activities, and build skills across multiple areas of the Club. You'll be joining a close-knit Kids Club team who genuinely love what they do.
We're particularly keen to hear from a mature team member who can help lead this area and mentor the wider Kids Club team.
Shifts Available
· Friday: 5:30pm – 9:30pm
· Saturday: 11:30am – 9:30pm
· Sunday: 11:30am – 8:00pm
Each day will be covered by a team of 2 staff, caring for up to 25 kids. Split shifts are available through these hours, offering from ******* hours per weekend for the right candidate's. Please note hours may vary week to week based on venue demand. Additional hours are available over the school holidays, when demand in the Kids Club really ramps up.
Essential Requirements:
· Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
· Current First Aid & CPR certification

What We're Looking For:
· A genuine love for working with kids and a knack for making them smile
· Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude
· Confident setting boundaries and gently guiding behavior, so all kids feel safe and included
· Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
· Availability across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and school holidays.
· A team player who thrives in a busy, quick-paced environment
· A senior or mature candidate who can help lead and support the Kids Club team is highly regarded
Bonus If You Have:
· Experience in other areas of hospitality or club venues we're open to a candidate working across both Kids Club and another departments if availability allows
