We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Platinum Developers' in Melbourne. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the successful delivery of our medium density and land development projects.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of the development process, including feasibility studies, planning approvals, design, construction, and project handover
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, local authorities, and project partners
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
Collaborate with the wider team to identify new development opportunities and drive business growth
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in property development or real estate project management, including end-to-end delivery of residential projects.
Strong skills in feasibility analysis, financial modeling,



and budget management for development projects.
Knowledge of planning regulations, approvals processes, and compliance requirements in Melbourne and broader VIC.
Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, engineers, and contractors.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
Proven capability in risk assessment, problem-solving, and decision-making in a rapid-paced development environment.
Relevant tertiary qualification in property, construction management, urban development, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software; familiarity with development or real estate systems is advantageous.
