Practice Manager
to become the leadership hub of our practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in helping ensure a seamless patient experience from the moment a patient contacts our practice.
About the Role
As our
Practice Manager
, you will play a vital role in leading the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional first impression, monitoring appointment books, supporting our clinical team, working alongside our group management team and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining a warm and professional environment for patients
Ensuring appointments are scheduled and coordinated efficiently
Overseeing the management of accurate patient records
Supporting treatment coordination and patient communication
Guiding, developing and training the team
Workforce management, rostering and timesheet approvals
Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly
Implementing and rollout of practice and group initiatives
Working closely with clinicians and support staff to deliver an elite patient experience
About You
You are someone who:

✔ Is highly organised and detail-oriented
✔ Can multitask and remain calm under pressure

✔ Has excellent computer skills

✔ Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Previous dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, however we are also open to candidates with strong administration, customer service, or front-office experience who are eager to learn.
