We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced In-Home Care Revenue Team Leader to join our team.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager – Finance & Investments, you will lead the revenue and accounts receivable functions for our In-Home Care program, ensuring accurate billing, financial reporting and compliance with aged care and home care funding requirements.
You will oversee financial processes, support month-end reporting, drive continuous process improvements and lead a small team while working collaboratively across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the In-Home Care revenue and accounts receivable function.
Ensure timely and accurate client billing and revenue reconciliation.
Prepare month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and data integrity across multiple systems.
Oversee financial data management across AlayaCare, AirDocs and Epicor.
Assist with annual budgets, forecasting and year-end audit processes.
Monitor compliance with the Support at Home Program, Aged Care legislation and Financial & Prudential Standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial controls.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.
Lead, mentor and support the Accounts Receivable Officer.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external service providers.
Skills & Capabilities
CPA or CA qualification.
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.




Demonstrated experience in a senior finance, revenue or management accounting role.
Previous experience within aged care, health or community services.
Sound understanding of the Support at Home Program, Aged Care legislation and Financial & Prudential Standards.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and accounting controls.
Experience using ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Epicor) and client management systems (e.g. AlayaCare) or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong capability across the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.
Excellent customer service focus with strong problem‐solving and conflict‐resolution skills
