The City of Hobart is seeking a hands‐on Team Leader for Civil Works (Asphalt and Construction) to drive delivery across essential city infrastructure. You will supervise Labourers, Plant Operators, Truck Drivers and contractors, ensuring projects meet safety, quality and program requirements.
With a Certificate IV in Civil Construction and a robust leadership background, you will lead by example, manage day‐to‐day operations, and champion SWMS and SOP compliance in a fast‐paced, high‐risk
