The main function of this role is to ensure the information systems used by AAIC are managed and maintained. Key systems include - Head office PC5, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suites accounts.
The role
The purpose of this role is to assist the CEO with any tech or accessibility issues. You will be responsible for maintaining Google Suite and Microsoft Suite accounts, ensuring every volunteer has access. It is essential that any IT issues that arise are dealt with and solved within a timely and skilled manner.
