Stockwell Delivery is seeking a dedicated and strategic Contracts Manager to work across multiple projects in planning and delivery. In this role, you will work with the Project Team to drive the projects financial position, initially on the tender and let of a 20-storey premium residential tower in South Brisbane, as well as providing upfront input on procurement for our Stockwell Milk Factory projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Project Team to develop and implement the Project Procurement and Delivery Strategy including the preparation of detailed procurement schedules, and the tendering, negotiating, letting, administering and forecasting of subcontracts.
Provide strategic oversight and rigour of the projects financial position including forecast cost to complete, cash flow, risks and opportunities, reporting monthly.
Ensure all scopes of works are detailed, thorough and meet market expectations, identified procurement strategies and opportunities.
Tender, analyse and strategically review subcontractor pricing to create the Market Tested Price.




Manage and coordinate subcontracts for a smooth onboarding and project delivery.
Oversee the project timeframes to ensure the trades are on-site to meet deliverables.
About You:
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
A minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, with a minimum of 7 years experience in Contracts Administration, post qualification.
A relevant qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
Have knowledge or experience across civil and high-rise residential building practices.
Robust negotiating skills to drive the "best deal".
Be able to add value through design, costing and value management.
The ability to lead a team to drive project outcome.li>
