As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day‐to‐day operations across multiple civil construction projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project programs. This role works closely with Project Managers, Engineers and other Supervisors to drive successful outcomes on site.Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate subdivision construction activities from bulk earthworks through to final completionLead and manage site crews, plant operators and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe project deliveryPlan and sequence earthworks activities in line with construction programsEnsure all works comply with WHS requirements, SWMS and company proceduresCoordinate plant, labour and materials to maximise productivityLiaise with project managers, engineers, surveyors and clients as requiredMonitor quality, levels, tolerances and site standardsIdentify and proactively resolve on‐site issues and risksMaintain site records, reporting and daily documentation

You are an experienced civil construction professional with a strong background in subdivision projects and a practical, hands-on leadership style.You will bring:





Trade qualification in Civil Construction (Cert III of IV)Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, with expertise in bulk earthworks and subdivisions.Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and sequencingProven ability to lead site crews and manage plant‐intensive operationsSound knowledge of WHS requirements and site complianceAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and plansStrong communication and leadership skillsValid driver's licenceWhite Card (required)
