MyFirstGym Tweed Heads is opening soon, and we're searching for an energetic, driven and passionate Founding Club Manager to lead our brand-new kids fitness facility.
This is not your typical gym management role.
As our Kids Fitness & Comunity Leader you'll be the face our families see first of MyFirstGym Tweed. Building relationships with local families, creating unforgettable experiences for kids, leading an amazing team and helping grow a club that becomes a huge part of the local community.
We're looking for someone with a little bit of an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who wants ownership, loves people, enjoys a challenge and gets excited about taking something from the beginning and making it successful.
Our goal is simple, create a place where kids build confidence, friendships and a lifelong love of movement.
About the Role
As our Club Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall success of MyFirstGym Tweed.
You'll oversee our member experience, sales growth, team culture, daily operations and community presence.
A big part of this role is growth.
We believe we can create an incredible environment for kids and families, but to do that we need a club full of smiling, happy children. You'll play a key role in introducing MyFirstGym to local families and ensuring every member has an amazing first class experience.

Be the welcoming face of MyFirstGym Tweed as families enter our doors
Build genuine relationships with children and families
Create a positive,



fun and energetic club environment
Ensure every family feels valued from their first interaction
Manage member feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
Drive robust member retention through connection and care
Drive Sales & Club Growth
Lead membership enquiries and sales conversations
Help families find the best options for their children
Achieve membership targets and growth goals
Manage leads, follow-ups and club systems
Create excitement around MyFirstGym within the community
Always look for opportunities to grow the club
Community Events & Activations
Take MyFirstGym beyond our four walls
Host local activations at shopping centres, playgrounds, schools and community events
Build relationships with local businesses and organisations
Be proactive in making MyFirstGym Tweed a household name
Lead & Develop Your Team
Recruit, train and inspire our coaching team
Build a high-performance team culture
Support coaches to deliver incredible classes
Lead by example with energy, professionalism and positivity
Create a workplace people love being part of
Manage Club Operations
Oversee day-to-day club operations
Manage timetables, memberships and administration
Ensure systems and processes are followed
Maintain a clean, safe and skilled facility




Work closely with owners and the MyFirstGym support team to continue improving the club
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who has:
Amazing energy and enthusiasm
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Confidence talking with families and building relationships
Sales experience or a willingness to learn
Strong organisation skills
Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others
A proactive mindset. Someone who sees what needs doing and makes it happen
A genuine passion for kids, families and creating positive experiences
Experience in fitness, sales, hospitality, childcare, teaching, kids activities or management would be highly regarded.
However, finding the right person is more important than finding the perfect resume.

Requirements
Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain)
