Service Manager / Nominated Supervisor
to lead our well-established early learning service in Walkerston.

About the Role
As the Service Manager and Nominated Supervisor, you will provide strong leadership and operational oversight across the service while continuing to strengthen our positive culture and community reputation.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, supporting and inspiring a wonderful team of educators
Building strong and respectful relationships with children, families and the local community
Maintaining high standards of education, care, compliance and child safety
Supporting educators to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences
Driving service occupancy, family engagement and community partnerships
Supporting the service's Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement journey
Ensuring the service operates in accordance with the National Quality Framework, relevant legislation and organisational policies
Creating a positive workplace where educators feel valued, supported and motivated
Promoting the unique programs and opportunities available to children at Wonderkids

About You
We are looking for an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children, families and educators.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Service Manager, Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care




Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant legislation
A strong understanding of child safety, child protection and safeguarding responsibilities
Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team
Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
The ability to confidently manage service operations, compliance, staffing and occupancy
A genuine passion for early childhood education and community engagement
A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications or the ability to obtain them
