About the Role
Norwest Contracting is a growing Western Australian civil contractor with a strong presence in the Pilbara. Following the recent award of the Mulataga Stages 1A & 1B package with DevelopmentWA, we are expanding our project delivery capacity and seeking an experienced
Civil Project Manager
to join our team in Karratha.
This role will play a key part in supporting the continued growth of the business. The position is intended to provide broader project management capability across current and future works in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects from planning through to practical completion
Manage project teams, subcontractors, programme, budget, and commercial outcomes
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Uphold high standards in safety, quality, and environmental performance
Support the development of site supervisors, engineers, and apprentices
Contribute to business growth through consistent project performance and identification of future opportunities
About You




Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on civil projects (earthworks, roads, drainage, or subdivision works preferred)
Strong commercial and contractual understanding (AS **** experience highly regarded)
Previous Pilbara or remote regional experience is advantageous
Proven leadership and communication skills
Current White Card and relevant construction tickets
