The Job: Permanent part time (Approx 16.5 hours).Half days, regular shifts.



Will be working with three other assistants and must be available and have the flexibility to to help cover their shifts when they are away. We provide you with all the training and development you need. Hours: Monday: 630am- 12pm , Wednesday 2/3pm- 6pm, Thursday ****am-730pm, Friday 650am-10am
You will do tasks such as greeting clients, managing care schedules, payments and payment schedules, manage clinic patient flow, be trained in using scanning technology, and other organisational tasks, all while interacting and building relationships with our practice members. You will need to obtain a blue card before beginning your position.
