Administration Manager – (Part Time 12-hours pw 2/3 days Adaptable)
Nexus Construction Systems, an Australian owned national company supplying the construction industry for over forty years is seeking an experienced motivated part-time hands-on Administration Manager to join our small Perth team located in Gnangara.
Overseeing the administration function across the business, duties will include but are not limited to:
· Overseeing sales administration tasks in line with Head Office Policy:
o Ensure all sales transactions are recorded accurately
o Ensure invoices are processed promptly
o Ensure sales credits are processed promptly
o Ensure sales documentation is uploaded to the relevant systems promptly
o Liaising with Head Office on sales queries
· Overseeing warehouse administration tasks in line with Head Office Policy
o Ensure internal stock transfer orders are reviewed promptly
o Ensure cycle counts are completed on time
o Ensure customer returns are processed promptly.




o Ensure stock transactions incoming/outgoing goods are completed promptly
o Liaising with Head Office warehouse queries
o Ensure monthly review of outstanding hire items.
· Overseeing accounting administration tasks in line with Head Office Policy
o Ensure debtor collection documentation is issued in line with Head Office Policy
o Ensure purchase invoices are approved promptly
o Ensure month end administration tasks are completed accurately and on time.
o Ensuring payroll and HR tasks are completed including time sheets and leave requests are completed promptly and in line with Head Office Policy
o Liaising with Head Office on administration queries.
· Ensure WHS and compliance documentation is completed and submitted in line with requirements.
· Ad hoc duties as required and assisting as required with the above tasks to ensure on time completion.
