Reporting directly to the General Manager of Operations, you'll lead a portfolio of six centres across the Gold Coast while partnering with specialist Support Office teams including Property, Finance, Family Engagement, Marketing, Compliance, Program & Practice, HR and Recruitment.

About You
Experienced multi-site leader with a coaching mindset.
Passionate about developing leaders and building high-performing cultures.
Strong understanding of quality, compliance and operational excellence.
Collaborative, authentic and values-driven leadership style.
Relevant leadership experience and Early Childhood qualification/s.
Current driver's licence.
Working with Children Check / Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
Ability to travel regularly across the Gold Coast portfolio.
