and support the Defence base at RAAF Pearce in a variety of essential catering roles.
Available Positions
Line Chefs
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner—while proudly upholding ISS's reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
Casual weekday / weekend roles available
Ongoing support and training with opportunities to grow within a large global company
Mental, Financial and Physical health support programs
Casual line chefs will be considered first for any full-time vacancies before external advertising

Head Chefs/ Sous Chefs
– Support meal preparation, service, and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and outstanding service.
About You
We're looking for people who:

✅ Have good communication and time management skills
✅ Are reliable, professional, and positive in attitude
Minimum Requirements
Australian Citizenship
Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance (including Drug & Alcohol testing)
Relevant trade qualifications (where applicable)
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above
Defence or military experience – highly desirable
