As a Clinical Nurse – CYMHS, you'll support the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families. From delivering specialised care to partnering with colleagues and community services, you'll help create positive outcomes that strengthen wellbeing and resilience.

Every Day, You'll Contribute By

Delivering assessments, therapeutic interventions and tailored care plans that support meaningful outcomes.Coordinating care with families, caregivers, schools and health professionals to build strong support networks.Providing clinical leadership, sound judgement and risk-informed decision-making in complex situations.Contributing to service improvement, mentoring colleagues and promoting safe, evidence-based care.

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.Experience delivering mental health assessment, intervention and case management services for children, young people and families.Strong clinical judgement, communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.A commitment to continuous improvement, career development and person-centred care.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing and/or professional mental health nursing credentials.

Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage as you support young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.
