Edinburgh North

The important parts:

Shift:
Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm, with possible overtime available
•
Pay Rate:
$***** per hour plus penalties
•
Potential for permanency
following a qualifying period
What you will be required to do:
As a Carpenter, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process of modular buildings, working alongside a skilled team to deliver projects to the highest standard.
• Assist with construction, gyprocking, and plasterboard fixing
• Support external cladding installation and shop fit-outs
• Carry out general building assistance and maintenance tasks
• Work on steel frame construction and sheet metal where required
• Ensure all work is performed safely and to quality standards
To be successful in the role you will:
• Have proven experience as a Carpenter and hold a minimum of Certificate III in Carpentry
• Possess skills in modular building, sheet metal,



or steel frame construction (highly regarded but not essential)
• Hold a valid Construction White Card
• Be willing to undergo and pass a full functional medical assessment including drug & alcohol screening
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
