Logistics Coordinator
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
Education: Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Transport Economics, Matric is essential. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in shipping, logistics, imports/exports, or supply chain administration Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in shipping, logistics, imports/exports, or supply chain administration. Skills: Solid administrative and reporting skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must have a valid driver's license Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathu/surrounding Northern Cape areas
Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To)
Manage the logistics dashboard, including adding, tracking, and coordinating third-party transport loads.
Ensure all logistics and shipping documentation (waybills, invoices, delivery notes) is accurate and up to date Monitor inventory counts and coordinate stock control processes. Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards for all freight movements. Maintain good and open communication with all transporters Ensure importation of accurate information
