About the role
We are seeking an experienced
Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator
to join the manufacturing team at Everclear Windows and Doors. This is a
full-time position
based in
South Windsor NSW ****
. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise fabrication, assembly and finishing of aluminium windows and doors to the highest standards. You will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that every product meets our quality specifications and customer expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern manufacturing equipment whilst contributing to a well-established business in the construction materials industry.
What you'll be doing
Fabricating aluminium window and door frames using specialised cutting, joining and assembly equipment
Measuring and cutting aluminium components to precise specifications using technical drawings and measurements
Assembling frames and components, ensuring all joints are secure and meet quality standards
Performing welding, riveting or other joining techniques as required for frame construction
Installing glass, seals and hardware into completed frames
Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and industry standards
Operating and maintaining fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Following all health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Keeping work areas clean and organised, and maintaining inventory of materials
What we're looking for
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to precise measurements and specifications
Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
A commitment to health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Desirable:



Experience with aluminium window and door fabrication or similar assembly and process work
Desirable: Experience with aluminium anodising, powder coating or window sealing processes
Desirable: Knowledge of aluminium materials, joining techniques and quality standards relevant to the industry
Desirable: Welding certification or relevant technical qualifications
Desirable: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Desirable: Competence in using fabrication machinery such as saws, presses, welders and assembly equipment
