With a modern bistro, gaming room, sports bar, functions, and entertainment spaces, we operate a fast-paced, high-volume venue with a strong local following.
We're looking for a capable and hands-on Assistant Venue Manager to support our Venue Manager and help drive consistency, leadership, and operational standards across the venue.
The Role
Lead shifts across bar, gaming, floor, and venue operations
Support service, team performance, customer experience, and compliance
Maintain high standards during busy trade periods
Support opening and closing procedures while acting as a reliable second-in-charge across day and night trade
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident managing busy shifts in a high-volume workplace.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a fast-paced pub or hospitality environment
Calm,



solutions-focused leadership approach with strong organisational and communication skills
Current RSA, RSG, and RLMV Approved Manager required
Availability across nights, weekends and peak trade periods
