Building and maintaining productive relationships with Support Coordinators, SIL providers, allied health professionals, guardians and referral partners.
Supporting complex tenancy transitions through collaborative planning and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborating with the Project Development Team throughout the development lifecycle to support tenant-informed housing design, readiness planning and successful project delivery.
Monitoring referral activity, demand trends and pipeline performance to support occupancy optimisation.

Representing A2P across the disability and housing sectors to strengthen referral pathways and strategic partnerships.
Contributing to organisational growth through proactive pathway planning and stakeholder engagement.
What We're Looking For

Current South Australian Driver's Licence.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Experience working within Specialist Disability Accommodation, SIL environments or disability housing is highly regarded.
