About the Role
Goodline is seeking experienced HSE Superintendents to lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance across our Port Hedland Operations.
We currently have two positions available:
• 1 x FIFO HSE Superintendent on a 2:1 roster
• 1 x Permanent Residential HSE Superintendent based in Port Hedland
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this influential leadership role is responsible for driving a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislative and client requirements, and providing strategic HSE support across maintenance, construction and mining-related operations.

Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and promote a positive safety culture across all operations
• Provide strategic HSE leadership and advice to operational teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation, environmental obligations and client requirements
• Develop, implement and maintain HSE management systems, policies and procedures
• Conduct audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments




• Facilitate incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends
• Manage client HSE requirements and reporting obligations
About You
• Previous experience in a HSE Superintendent, Senior HSE Advisor or HSE Management role
• Experience working within mining, construction, maintenance or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of Australian health, safety and environmental legislation
• Strong auditing, reporting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to safety leadership
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients, regulators and operational teams
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
