Are you an early-career pharmacist looking to accelerate your hospital pharmacy career? Echuca Regional Health (ERH) offers an outstanding opportunity for a Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist to expand your clinical expertise, gain diverse hospital experience, and make a meaningful difference to patient care in a supportive regional health service.
This role provides exposure to a broad range of clinical specialties and pharmacy services, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set while working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key responsibilities include:
· Deliver clinical pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient settings, including ward, dispensary and manufacturing activities.
· Provide medication management advice and support safe, evidence-based patient care.
· Participate in weekend, on-call and regional pharmacy services following orientation.
· Contribute to quality improvement, medication safety and service development initiatives.
· Assist with supervision and support of pharmacy staff, students and learners.
Qualifications/experience required:
· Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
· Previous hospital pharmacy experience.
· Demonstrated ability to provide patient-focused clinical pharmacy services.
· Commitment to quality, safety,
