The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our People Team based in Surry Hills.
You will lead the design and delivery of Police Bank's learning and development strategy, helping to build capability, strengthen leadership and create a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will have the opportunity to shape and embed a modern learning framework from the ground up, developing innovative programs that support our people, leaders and future organisational capability. What you'll be doing?
Develop and implement a bank-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned to business objectives.
Build and enhance the L&D; function, including frameworks, governance and learning processes.
Design and embed enterprise-wide capability frameworks across all business areas.
Create and deliver leadership development programs for emerging, established and senior leaders.
Design and implement a formal mentoring program to support employee growth and development.
Lead the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences, including workshops, digital learning and blended programs.
Partner with leaders across the business to identify capability gaps and future workforce needs.
Enhance onboarding and induction programs to improve employee experience and accelerate productivity.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, demonstrating impact and return on investment.
What we are looking for
We're looking for a passionate learning professional who thrives on building capability and influencing positive organisational change.
You will bring:
Significant experience in a senior Learning & Development or Organisational Development role.
A proven track record of designing and implementing L&D; strategies, frameworks and programs at an enterprise level.
Expertise in learning design, facilitation and program delivery.
Experience developing leadership development initiatives and capability frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
A practical, hands-on approach combined with strong strategic thinking.
A genuine passion for leadership development, learning innovation and continuous improvement.
Highly regarded:
Experience within financial services or another regulated environment.
Experience implementing mentoring or coaching programs.
Knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies and learning technologies.
